Carefree Car Hire |
| By the most villas in our program a rental car is included in the price of your holiday home. We have chosen cars group B with aircondition. However, if you are travelling with more people or you are carrying a lot of luggage, we would recommend an upgrade to something more space. We are happy to organize child seats for which there is a small charge. |
Kitchen equipment |
| Also in our 5-Star-Villas you may not find for example a liquidizer or the washing machine is for maid's use only. We hope this finds your approval. |
Tailor Maid Service |
| Holidaying in a self-catering Villa doesn't have to mean doing all your own cleaning, but we do understand that some people like their privacy. Your villa will be cleaned in preparation for your arrival and on departure day as a matter of course. Any subsequent cleaning varies from villa to villa and country to country, but usually can be tailor made to suit you. Should you require more than the standard service on offer in your villa, we will be happy to arrange extra cleaning or linen changes where possible. Bed linen and towels are provided in most properties. Beach towels are not supplied. Check the description of your chosen villa for details of the cleaning service. |
Swimmingpool |
| The most villas do have a private swimming pool. If you are travelling with children, we would like to ask, to take special attention at the pool area. Some pools are heatable at extra charge. Due to water problems in some countries, the pools may be filled with sea water. Perhaps the pools in South of France and Tuscany are only open from May to September. |
House Notes |
| To help you make the most of your precious time away, we have compiled a book unique to most of the properties that will help you to familiarize yourself quickly with your surroundings. It also contains important safety information and tips on where to shop and what to see. |
Garden |
| Due to hot summer the gardens need a lot of care. We would like to ask you, to grant the gardener access to the properties. |
Garden Furniture |
| The villas do have garden furniture. In most of the cases it consists of chairs, table, sunshade and some a few sunbeds, sometimes made of plastic. |
Insects |
| Insects are often a problem in southern countries. Insecticides do help in most cases. |
Water |
| Some destinations do have water problems. Therefore it may happened that the water will be stopped for a short time. We try to offer only villas with own water supply, but please do use water carefully. |
Damages |
| In the unlikely event, that something in the villa is damaged, please inform the local representative. |
Animals |
| Sometimes animals like dogs and cats, how live in the neighbourhood, may become a noice problem. |
Pets |
| If you would like to bring your dog / cat we do have to ask the owner if he will accept. |
Safety |
| Please do not leave valuables unsupervised at the villa or in the car. Do not carry too much money. |
Deposit |
| In some villas you may be requested to make a deposit, normally between 200 Euro and 1.500 Euro. The deposit will be returned by / after departure in case there are no damages at the villa. |
