Set at the end of a short track off the quiet country lane in the Boquer area behind the reknown pinewalk Boquer Petit is a short walk to the sandy beaches, shops and restaurants of Puerto Pollenca. For families with children this is ideal as you will not need to use the car every day. Approx 15mins walk. Very suitable for walkers, cyclists and bird watching enthusiasts.

The good-sized swimming pool is surrounded with comfortably furnished sun terraces commanding wonderful views to the mountains and towards Puerto Pollenca. Well maintained small gardens with the BBQ casita and covered dining terrace, ideal for family al-fresco meals.
