Binifardi is an old agricultural area that has virtually remained untouched for so many years where you can see local farmers still using horses to plough the rich soil terrain. This is a totally quiet and tranquil area affording complete peace within the unspoilt natural surroundings. An ideal get away from it all holiday home. The crystal clear mozaic tiled swimming pool has child friendly Roman steps and huge terraces, furnished with comfortable sun loungers. A small grassed area with mature palm trees provides welcome shade from the summer sun and the pleasant gardens are planted with scented herbs and colourful olyanders. The front covered terrace is an ideal area for enjoying those freshly cooked al-fresco BBQ meals. The sunset views from here are truly spectacular, reaching across surrounding poppy fields to distant mountains, so just relax and enjoy the real Mallorcan way of life - slowly. |

On entering through the solid teak door is the entrance hall leading into the spacious dining
room with oak dining table and direct access to the front terrace. Fully fitted modern kitchen
with breakfast bar, dining area, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/infra red hob,
fridge/freezer with Icemaker and side door to a sun terrace. Very attractive living room with
comfy sofas, Satellite TV, DVD player and sliding doors to the poolside terraces. Three very
attractive twin bedrooms painted in Mediterranean pastel colours have fitted wardrobes and
wonderful views. One full bath/shower room with heated towel rail. Piped music and one free
standing cooling fan in each bedroom. Laundry area with washing machine and a shower room.
The imposing staircase leads up to the master double bedroom suite with air conditioningample
fitted wardrobes, beautiful en-suite bath/shower room and sitting room with direct access to
the private upper sun terrace with truly magnificent views. Very comfortably furnished
throughout to the highest quality.
