	Ground floor: Lounge / dining room with TV and doors to terrace, kitchen, exterior utility room with washing machine, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 large round double bedroom, 1 bathroom and separate shower room. On the first floor (approached from outside) is a studio with sitting area, twin bedroom, bathroom and sun terrace.
