Set in the heart of the countryside, it offers peace, seclusion and wonderful views of the surrounding area and mountains. Finca Can Joan Yern is a renovated finca, full of character, offering spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels. Steps lead up to the raised pool which is set in an open terrace surround enclosed be a balustrade (note - care should be taken with children in view of the horizontal bar railings and raised location of pool). Open and covered terraces with barbecue for alfresco dining. Garden with fruit trees and shrubs.
	Ground floor: Lounge/dining area with TV and radio/tape/CD-Player. Compact kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Up 12 steps to 1 further bedroom with Spanish size double bed (suitable for one adult / teenager only), door to terrace and further steps up to roof terrace.
